Refund policy
At Skin Niyam, we stand behind the quality of our Hard Water Hair Reset formula. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personal nature of skincare products and for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- Damaged/Defective Products: If the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
- Incorrect Item: If you received a product different from the one you ordered.
- Missing Items: If an item is missing from your package.
Please note: We cannot accept returns based on personal preference, scent, or "change of mind" once the product seal is broken.
2. Reporting an Issue
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

- Required Info: Please include your Order Number and a clear photo/video of the damaged product and the outer packaging.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, we will request your bank details or UPI ID to process the refund via bank transfer.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it or before it has been dispatched (whichever is earlier). Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
5. Shipping for Returns
For damaged or incorrect items, Skin Niyam will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you. If a reverse pickup is not available in your area, we will reimburse you for the shipping costs (up to a maximum of ₹100) upon proof of a valid courier receipt.
