1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or SMS if there is a significant delay.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders above ₹49.
  • Express Shipping: A flat fee of ₹[Insert Amount] applies for faster delivery.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: * Metros: 3–5 business days.
    • Rest of India: 5–7 business days.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active within 24 hours.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for most locations. A nominal COD handling fee of ₹[Insert Amount] may apply at checkout.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive your order damaged, please take a photo of the packaging and the product and contact our support team at hello@skinniyam.in within 48 hours of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Skin Niyam is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
